Migrate old emails from Blue Host to Host Gator

I have emails on bluehost which I need moved to host gator. I have set the emails up in host gator but need the old emails moved across from bluehost. The emails are on blue host but the nameserver is pointed to host gator so the emails in host gator are empty. Pleas help!
