We have a desktop software called TheBat. I want to have multiple versions of this

app running on 3 different computers, and be able to see all incoming, sent, and stored emails from these other computers, and want it syched real time.

Currently, we are having problems setting this up.

I will offer server access if needed, also Team Viewer to remote in to each computer.

We need this done asap.
