Volvo Amazon hazard light LED friendly

I am building a rally car. To safe battery I have installed LED lights throughout. To overcome indicator problems, the tell tale has been linked to diodes and I have used a LED relay. The hazard lights switch doesn’t work presumable because the LED lights it operates draw too little current. Solution is 6 ohm , 50 W resistors to each blinker light. Not ideal. Problem to be solved. Is it possible to place one single resistor on the non LED relay that attaches to the hazard switch to make the hazard light work? If so to which connectors does it need to be attached and how big does the resistance need to be? Could there be heating problems?
