Data sent and received on CDs through courier.
GETTING STARTED:
1. Join the company with registration fees RS 7,700.00 per seat / ID only by sending Demand Draft in favour of “Hope zone Marketing Resources Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Dehra Dun.
2. Work will be 25 pages per day for 22 Days per month per seat. Total Work volume will be 25 * 22 = 550 pages per month.
3. Type of work pdf files conversion ms word.
4. Work allotted in CDs for the full month.
5. Working period 22 days each month (for about 2 Hours every day).
6. Rate of payment would be Rs. 10.00 per page.
7. Total work allotted per month would amount to Rs. 5500.00 per month (Gross).
8. Deductions of 5.25% towards TDS and 3% towards processing charges would be made.
9. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) would be signed for 6 months.
10. Payment will be released within 21 days after receiving work completion certificate.
QUALITY & ACCURACY LEVEL
1. If the accuracy level or quality of work less than 70% then you receive a DVR along with a rework attempt which has to be submitted in 4 days.
2. In case the accuracy is still below 70% even after the rework then no payment.
3. If the Accuracy is more than 70% and less then 99% then the amount of payment is equal to the percentage of accuracy achieved.
4. In case 99% accuracy is achieved. – 100% payment.
