About Us: We are an Australian agency based in Sydney specialising in Shopify design and development, as well as graphic design and branding.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative/Account Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify, design principles, and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers using Shopify for their websites who may benefit from our services.
Target businesses that require website revamps or ongoing maintenance/support.
-Sales Conversion:
Initiate contact via calls or emails to potential leads.
Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value of our services.
-CRM & Lead Management:
Set up and manage a CRM system to track leads, calls, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
-Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
-Inbound Lead Management:
Respond to leads received through our website, Instagram, and social media channels.
Engage with potential clients via calls and emails to discuss their needs and propose solutions.
-Graphic Design & Branding Sales:
Identify and target businesses in need of new brand identities, logo designs, and other graphic design services.
Present our graphic design and branding solutions to potential clients and secure new projects.
-Client Management:
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to review ongoing projects and address any concerns.
Regularly email the current client database with updates, offers, and relevant information to maintain engagement.
-Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our Shopify design and development services.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and our service offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
-Compensation:
This is a commission-only role.
Earn a 10% commission on each sale brought in (e.g., $2000 website sale = $200 AUD commission).
An hourly rate will be provided for the initial setup of processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in Shopify design, development, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Shopify, design principles, and branding.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
