I need a geoscientist that knows how to do network analysis using a software such as ARCgis or other. I will provide the GIS data for West Bank roads. Then, I will ask you to compute the distance matrix between whole the locations within the West Bank.

Then, I will ask you to calculate the number of obstacles between any two locations where for obstacles I mean: checkpoints, earthmounds, barrier gates.
