Data scrape to build database from 2 x websites - Australian Certificates

We want to hire a person to go to 2 x websites:
[login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
From here we want to activate the following fields:
FSC
- Country - "Australia"
- Certificate Status - "Valid"
- Certificate Code (2nd box) - "COC"
PEFC
- Country - "Australia"
- Certificate Status - "Valid"
- Type of Certification - "Chain of Custody".
I then want the information for all certificate holders collated in a single Excel spreadsheet, identifying companies with certification to both standards, but with full name, address, certificate commencement and expiry, email, phone and contact details.
This information will then be uploaded into a Hubspot database.
