Create 3 product versions of poster for use in Shopify store

I would like to have poster images taken from my suppliers website and then turned into a framed version, canvas print version, and plaque mount version. This can be done by anyone without any skill set by using the websites I use and will show how. I have included sample of one print with the 3 product examples made from the print.
I am willing to pay $1/poster (3 versions) and there are thousands of poster print to do but will do in small increments to make sure it is done right. So this job is for 30 posters (90 images created) to start.
