Analyst for explorative People Analytics Projects (long term partnership)
$15-25 USD / hour
We are looking for a freelancer for people analytics work based on employee engagement surveys. Our work is explorative, which means we dive for connections in the data. We attempt to find connections between different engagement driver areas in the survey and/or people background data.
The topics of our projects are varied but our approach is the same. Examples of what we would look for in the data:
Connection between employee engagement and diversity of the team
Connection between salary index and salary satisfaction
Connection between performance rating and amount of training
Our final product is a PowerPoint report where we aim to use the best data visualization techniques to tell the story of the data. We also comment on our findings and we always focus on making the story easy to understand, also for people who are not data-savvy.
Our freelancer’s first priority will be to complete these analyses whenever requests come in from our clients. However, depending on profile and skills we have many ideas for how to make our products better, which we would love for you to help with. It could be:
• Creating even more value from text analytics of open comments
• Automating report production
• Applying more advanced statistical methods in our reports
• Building tools that automatically find patterns in the data
You should be highly analytical and able to present your findings in a high level of English and through beautiful graphs. Skills in BI tools, SQL, SPSS (or similar) would be an advantage and a high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite.
We would hope to build a long-lasting relationship where we can provide around 15 hours of work every week. You must be willing to complete a demo project at your own expense to begin with.
