Trading strategist/consultant for an ai enhanced trading platform.

I am currently working with a team of talented software developers to create a platform focussed around automated trading with enhanced trade performance through AI powered analysis. My platform will bring together several components such as charting, analysis and asset management. I really need someone to help me work on the idea generation component based on my initial ideas.
We are planning to develop our own machine learning based ai from the beginning, to have it analyse trade results, either by trading on demo account or live trading, and ultimately the plan is that the ai will learn from its own trading decisions, which include entry and exit methods, take profit methods, calculations on risk management and intra trade management.
I am seeking a specialist with expertise in mechanical trading systems and algorithmic trading, specifically focusing on strategy development around smart money concepts, price action, and forex market structure to collaborate with me and my talented team of developers.
Applicants should possess a solid understanding of these concepts and demonstrate the ability to discuss and collaborate on current ideas. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and educational support to help develop and optimize my trading system.
I have a desire to create this system despite having limited trading experience. My goal is to eliminate human emotions and maximize trade opportunities over multiple timeframes.
