This is something for minecraft, I need a plugin where i can warn, ipmute, ipban people and a /history. the /history is to check if i have warned or muted or banned that guy before, or see if he has any punishments in the past. /warn (player) (reason) (proof) (offence) and the warn should never expire. Ipmute is when a player gets muted and cant talk in chat and if hes ipmuted he can't join on a new account and talk because then his whole ip is muted. Ipmute (name) (lenght) (reason) (proof) (offence). Same with ipban but what ipban is, is to ban the player from the server so he can never join back. /ipban (name) (lenght) (resason) (proof) (offence)
