User Guide Outlook Express Settings

We need an easy to understand document with visuals to explain how to set up outlook express.

There will be 3 documents detailing the generic settings for each of our different server platforms. The documents will be similar EXCEPT for the mail server details.

We need a few paragraphs followed by images.

I envisage that we would need different screen shots for;

Windows 98

Windows 2000

Windows XP

Mac OS 9

Mac OS X

I would like guidance here as I do not use PCs hence don’t know if outlook is different across them all!

I need the document supplying as PDF in low res and high res hence the screen shoots will need to be resized using software to increase their resolution by interpolation.

I want this to be so easy to understand that customers will not ring us!

We have posted 17 projects on GAF since we joined last week – 9 have been awarded and the rest are open or awaiting acceptance, One is complete and paid and the contractor has been awarded a second job.
