I have an XML document which contains hundreds of lines of Closed Captioning text. I need a script to subtract a number (x) from the begin number and from the end number. I also need a second script to delete the ID tag. I need to be able to set the number and hit "run" on a specific file. Prefer to run on iOS but Windows is ok. Both would be better.
Example:
File looks like this but many more lines of text:

<p begin="1977.76s" id="p452" end="1979.92s">Text 2</p>
<p begin="1980.22s" id="p453" end="1985.02s">Text 3</p>
Final file (after subtracting x=1973):
<p begin="0.6s" end="4.44s">Text 1</p>
<p begin="6.76s" end="6.92s">Text 2</p>
<p begin="7.22s" end="12.02s">Text 3</p>
