Integrated warning alarm circuit

In need of an integrated circuit with about 3 inputs which will trigger a visual alarm and after adjustable 30 seconds audible alarm. Must be very robust, dustproof, shockproof.
Initially looking for about 6 units after a first BETA unit for trialling for our specific task.
This is a brand new and unique product to the market and we cannot divulge the final use without complete confidentiality disclosures. It is believed, with market research done so far, there will be a very big requirement with potential updated versions being released. Looking to design and build in Australia. Not looking for big companies, better suit to a retired circuit designer/builder or a young upcoming entrepreneurial person with foresight and flexibility. We intend to test a Beta, then build about 6 for use by others in our "circle" before final launch onto market.
Only SKILLED and PROVEN integrated board designers and builders need apply. This is a serious safety product that must be A1 design with only the best of components.
