OnlyOffice Edits for customized software

I need a programmer to build out cusomizations to the OnlyOffice opensource code. For now, they only are to be for the OnlyOffice online editor, and not the desktop application.
You should be familiar with the program itself. The work will ONLY be done on the document editor section, not the calendar, projects, file management, mail or anything else. All changes should be documented so that someone with minimal programming experience could make similar changes.
I am hoping the solutions are actually quite easy. They consist of:
1) Changing the color of the top bar.
2) Changing the logo in the top left.
Changes that need documentation so that another coder would understand where the change was made:
3) Disable the ability to paste into the document.
Changes that don't need to be explained how to do again:
4) Disabling the collaboration tab.
I am mainly looking for quotes. I have only coded in R and Python before, and not sure how long this will take someone. Might be extremely quick fixes (they have a very well documented API), or might be a little more difficult.
This is an ongoing business development, so if you can complete this, I'm sure there will be more projects to come!
