Figma to WPF Desktop tool

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can develop a desktop tool using the figma design we have ready.
We dont need any Backend working for the tool, what we need only is dummy data, the dummy data should dynmaic like when u click on voice or video it should play..
Alos we need Optimization what mean if u have better Elements what u can use then please add, then we want.
Your have to follow my instruction to get good resualt.
Setup screen we need to made, coz we has o idea how that look like.
Check the images of the Tool in the Attachment, and ofcourse we will provide u the Figma Files once we decide for a developer.
Agreement
- Fix Bugs during the development
- U have to deliver all Sourcefiles to us after the Job is completed.
