Doesn't matter which language you are using, I need the compiled executable file only.
It plays the wav (alert) file within the same folder every time my camera gets "on".
It plays it only once, at the start, no loop.
No sound needed when it's off.
No system tray visibility
Starts when the windows starts or comes with instructions on how to register it as service.
