iPhone Application Needing A Solid GUI

I'm looking for the best of the best. Below are the things I'll be looking for:
1. You must have IMPRESSIVE graphic design skills, as I will be needing an App Icon (as well as other custom icons) created.
2. You MUST have GRAPHIC DESIGN experience - this app will only be as successful as its custom icons.
3. You work fast & your turnaround time is exceptional - time is important on this particular one.
4. You have an incredible profile/portfolio and links to work in app store that can be downloaded.
5. You are part of a team. I need to know the work will be handled by someone else on your team if you get sick.
6. You Speak English EXCEPTIONALLY well.
7. I expect milestones and I expect you to deliver upon each one!
8. You must have the patience and expertise to explain the process to someone new to developing apps

>>The app I want developed will have some client-side database management requirements, in-app purchases, and sharing capabilities. Keep this in mind when you say you have experience.

1. Send me your portfolio of your previous work featuring your GRAPHIC DESIGN.

2. Outline a rough guideline of the milestones you will be hitting.
3. I will then contact you via email and then will discuss specifics with you on Skype after you have signed an NDA.
