Import, export, conversion of GPS files

The software must be able to import, export, convert GPS made files. Those files are traditionnaly XML based files, their format is usually posted on the internet.

Software must be able to read/write 80% of the formats below (not all format are as important. If a few are missing, depending on which one they are, it's no problem.

GPS Utility (see with google) is a software that could be taken as model (although contains to many features). Freeware GPS Babel (see with google) can also help, but NO stolen code, or cracked software must be used, patern recognition will be used to find out.

Full source and copyright must be transfered to us. Please include support price in your offer and supply sample examples or former works.

The software must come with license based installation check-up, key generator for software owner (us) and key check while installing.

Providing turn-key website for sales and registration is a strong plus, please be specific on that.
