We have created a business plan and are looking to find an investor to invest RMB5,000,000 (Chinese currency) for a 5 year period.
We have done most of the plan and filled in as many figures as possible however we are unsure if our calculations are correct.
We therefore expect you to be skilled and experienced in creating business plans targeted for investors and venture capitalists.
We need the plan to display that the venture capitalist will achieve returns of approximately 5X their investment given that we intend to go public with the company within 5 years.
We need you to be able to calculate the P/R ratio, Pro forma balance sheet, Break-even analysis and also the source allocation of funds so that the investor will see this as the great investment opportunity that it is.
We expect you to also find some research figures and sources which can be used to back up our project.
Please provide a summary of your experience with examples where necessary.
Once we have chosen the best freelancer to help us we will provide the plan that we have made so far.
