Need to develop a script to enable us to send bulk Whatsapp, Viber, MessageMe or etc services messages using an API (web based, PHP)

Need to be able to upload a text file and picture with phone numbers and insert a message that gets sent to million numbers in text file Automatically (TXT)

Can automatically distinguish which number is using Whatsapp or viber

Can prevent Whatsapp and viber from stopping the registered tel number after sending a few hundred messages.
