My icQ Account hacked...need it back

My ICQ number (618389123) was recently (June 26, 27, or 28) hacked and stolen. All attempts at password recovery have failed. I left work on Thursday logged in to ICQ (but with machine locked) and this morning I was unable to login or use the ICQ web-site password recovery mechanism.

I am looking for a freelancer to either hack back, or find on the black market and re-buy at reasonable rate, my original ICQ account.

I have been using this account with the Trillian application for so long that I never bothered to set any additional security on it, or associated it with multiple emails. It's likely this account is gone forever, but thought I would post it up here in case anyone is familar with the (black) market for low-digit ICQ numbers
