BigCommerce theme customization: Create/provide variability of headers, right-sidebars & footers in Stencil theme

All of the functionality that is mentioned below, we have by using the BluePrint Theme in BigCommerce, by the following method:
1. We create different Template Layout Files for each category, subcategory, and for product pages within such categories/subcategories, as well as for the Home Page and other pages.
2. We use Panels to create unique Headers, Footers, and Right Sidebars for the Template Layout Files.
My understanding is that Stencil does not support having a variety of Template Layout Files and/or Stencil does not support Panels. Therefore, we need a customization to have the following functionality in BigCommerce Stencil theme:
Ability to have a different header, right-sidebar and footer, based on the following criteria:
1. We need to have a the ability to have a distinct header, right-sidebar and footer for each product category and subcategory.
2. We need to have a the ability to have a distinct header, right-sidebar and footer for product pages (based on category or subcategory of the product).
3. We need to have the ability to have a distinct header, right-sidebar and footer for the homepage and other pages.
We have a second BigCommerce account that you can use for a sandbox, OK. And so, I will want you to recreate enough of our site in the sandbox so that I can see that it all works properly, as a test prototype of our site on Stencil, with all the requested functionality.
