REQUIREMENT OF ANPR FOR ARM BOARDS:
I'm searching for a skilled developer, well-versed in Python, to construct an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system for application with the NVIDIA Jetson Nano 8 GB device. The expertise you will bring to the table includes:
• Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system for NVIDIA Jetson Nano 8 GB device ( based on ARM processors)
• The desired ANPR will be non docker type compatible with the ARM processor only. It will given as SDK OR A ENGINE. We want the source code as well for this.
• OS : Ubuntu 20.04
• The intended application is for Speed Camera – Out door application for both Day and Night use case.
• The number plates will be both HSRP (standard font) as well as non standard font but in English alphabet only.
• The number plates will be taken long shot from the camera at a distance of say 100 plus meters. This is different from the ANPR used in toll plazas or parking lot applications.
• We need to extract text from Number plates in multi threads on edge, all the while maintaining thread safety.
• We need as a output “Number Plate coordinates” and “Text” in about 300milli seconds assuring thread safety.
• This SDK can be deployed in as many machines as we need and is not time bound – Perpetual licence.
• The conclusion will be deployment in real time on the roads with at least 90% accuracy in run time for Day and 80% Night.
