Fix Existing FreePBX Installation

I have a FreePBX running on an internal box. The inbound routes work for the two phones that are registered, as do the extension to extension calls. However, there is no audio on the inbound routes. As for the outbound calls, they take forever to connect and they're not passing the caller id set per each extension.
I need someone who can configure our router correctly (EdgeRouter 4) and can verify the settings in our FreePBX platform so we can make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, and make extension to extension calls.
It would be great if you can work on this today.
