I have an asp front end tool that sends sms by collecting the user input info and writing it to a ms sql table. I need another feature to be added to the tool which will take an CSV file full of sms and validate/write them to the table. I have another sms program that sends the sms. I just need someone to modify the front end asp tool to include this new feature. This feature can only be used by admin’s and super users.

Also, I have a user table, I want to create an interface to add/remove users to this table. There are only about 4 fields in the table, but only the admin’s should be able to modify the table.

I also have a few cosmetic changes I need.

This is not a full list of the requirements but only an indication. The full specs will be released to the winning bid.

I am looking for $30 bids.
