I am designing a site to mimic the functions of this one:

The site must be database driven. Inn owners will be able to sign up as members. They will then receive a password to upload their information and a photo. Viewers will be able to search inns by location and amenities.
I will be developing the graphics and site template.
Since the site will be database driven, so a database will need to be created that includes things such as name, address, phone, URL link, photo, description and icons indicating amenities available. Inn owners will be able to sign up as members. They will then receive a password to upload to take them to an admin page so they can upload their information and a photo. (The programming team would only input one inn as a sample. The remaining text and photos will be input by the inns themselves.)
The upload page will be a form on which innkeepers could use check boxes to indicate which amenities are available. These would display as icons on their page. They would also include a photo of their inn, a brief description, and a link to their web site if they have one.
