This is an official request for a Web Developer experienced in building digital media players for web hosted video content.
The full scope of the project, including functional requisites, can be found in the attached PDF.
It is our goal to have this developer work directly with one of our in-house Flash designers to construct and implement an in depth video media player that includes automated playlists, user-generated playlists, IPTV feeds, and video-on-demand functionality. One of the player's highlights must be the ability to disseminate archived windows media videos and streams but maintain a flash interface.
The developer chosen for this project must be comfortable working with SQL database content and communicating between a flash system and an ASP protocol, whether through a fully featured flash player or a hybrid player.
Media players to reference are Yahoo and MTV Overdrive.
