Create two EJS template (pages) for a nodeJS application

I have a SQLite DB with one table and few sample data rows. Need to create charts using the data. I would like to have an [url removed, login to view] page where I can select or filter on 4 or so attributes (queried on sqllite db and displayed as drag drop-able fields) and configure charts to be built on a different page ([url removed, login to view]). Would like to utilize d3.js library to visualize. I already have prototype UI, and few other components started. I am hoping This would be a quick project for someone. I can give 30 minutes intro and information if you desire before you provide your quote.
