Make short promo videos for my music

Hello Video Producers & Animators,
I produce my own songs, and I would like to have short videos made for some of them.
There are a few types (lengths) of videos...
Some videos would be very short, with a total running time of 7 to 10 seconds (teaser clips). Others would be around 3 to 4 minutes (full songs). And some may be up to 7 minutes (sampler tracks, with clips from numerous songs).
I am open to different creative ideas. But ideally my logo (which I can provide) would be fading in & out, morphing / changing, and moving around the screen along with different shapes and colors and also some still images with occasional text (and possibly only short video clips).
Naturally the budget is flexible depending on the size & complexity of the project.
Basically I'm looking for someone who is capable of helping me bring some ideas to life (and offer technically / creative guidance), so I don't have to fight the learning curve and inexperienced results I would suffer through from trying to do this by myself.
