Animated 15-20 minute short film needs storyboard documented to start followed by scene animation

This is a short film that my husband and I conceptualized and is currently mapped out on a whiteboard. It has no dialogue so the character animation and scene animation has to be outstanding.

We need an official storyboard followed by beginning work on the scenes to deliver to our composer who will create the score.
