What I am planning is – to integrate Secure Execution Environment SDK with Android SDK and allow Android developers to write Secure Functionalities, which is to be executed in Trustzone, have a common/standard SDK for Secure Applications development and have an agreement between App developer / OEM and Vendor to authenticate and verify the open application and allow it to execute in Secure EE.
An - app developer should be able to write and package secure and non-secure binary in apk(1st step), during apk download and install, secure part will be copied as executable on device (I need your apk build expertise here), once authenticated and trust guarnteed, secure binary will be allowed to execute inany of the vendor's secure environment, like an App from Playstore can run on any device.

in my proposal, I tend to convert the application at code level itself into non-secure and secure without performing tainted analysis on the apk, basically detecting the secure application generation by detecting the primitives used by developer, defining specific intent and activity, which can be converted to Trusted Application.
