We are building an android based mobile application for Doctors wherein he can import and mark known contacts. Calls from an unknown number would be redirected to a call center number and the caller would interact with the call center employee first.
We also need to build a simple mobile app for the call center employee to mark the caller as legitimate so that his call would then go through to the Doctor. The doctor would also be notified about the new caller been added as legitimate.
The application would be hosted on Google Cloud or Azure Cloud.
