Objective is to provide Technical Support for an existing mobile app. The backend (ASP), Android and iOS. The support includes bugs fixing and introducing new features. The proponent needs to have a very strong Team in ASP, iOS, and Android. They need to understand the codes first and then work on the support. The support has to be within SLA. Any changes need to be done professionally on the Test Environment and then moved to production. Incident report needs to be prepared for each Incident,
