Build an app for me like champcash or mcent

I am looking for someone who can create an earning android app for me similar to Champcash or mcent.

I am having a rough idea for the app and want someone to build it for me.

App features includes

If someone shops from my app through my affiliate link I will give them cash back in return (less than or equal to 30%).

In Shop & Earn I want to include my affiliate link from different sites. (Atleast 30)
