android edit on an app i have source code

app in on android studio it is webview
1- need to change the loading icon when opening pages check files uploaded
2- make the app faster also when opening the shopping cart or menu it is slow ( not when I am on chrome from a mobile it is good on the same device) also increase page loading
3- most important there is the invoice page with the print option when I'm on chrome it gives me printing setting for android but when I'm on webview it is not working so I want to make the app as the chrome able to print pages from it it is like ctrl+p from laptop
