I have an android app which do some tasks using data received from usb device, Your task is use create/get extremely lightweight fast android emulator to run application on cloud virtual machine, create another j2ee webapp with applet which can access remote usb device, and forward those data to android app on cloud vm using port forwarding. Wrapp android app with network debugger.
