In an existing Android app, I need to provide the option of getting the instant heart rate value from a smart watch. I would like to support Fitbit, Android smart watch and Samsung Gear.

The freelancer shall have develop similar functionalities in the past and also understand how to detect heart rate from the camera using the decodeYUV420SPtoRedSum library.
