iOS & Android app using Foursquare http requests with comments

I need a mobile app (tablet and smartphone optimized) which makes use of three components:
- Geolocation
- Foursquare data
- An SQL server that saves the data the user provides from a facebook connect, along with the Foursquare ID
The app MUST be designed with Appcelerator Titanium and code will be provided to me. All design will be approved by mockups and prototypes.
