Real Estate magazine in need of a freelance graphic designer to design 30-40 ads a month. Must have proficient QuarkExpress skills and be available to train for a week in Florida. Work with publisher in a timely manner monthly to design and approve ads for real estate agents.

Please understand this is a recurring project each and every month - Must be able to communicate by phone and email with Publisher. US based designer preferred because of the training trip to Florida.
