Basically, all we want is to have the same information that comes through to us in an email when someone places an order through Miva on our website, to end up in our CRM program database. This would be the customer account information and what they purchased.
We do NOT use attributes, all of our products have their own unique item code.
Some of the customers buying online, may already be in our CRM database because they previously filled out a webform so we don’t want a duplicate record to be created.
Other than that, I am not really sure what exactly we need.
Please provide your quote and we have lot of jobs on regular basis. I will share the details with the programmer, once the candidate is selected and Hired for the job. This is very urgent.
