We have a site in Spanish and in English languages.
what we need from you is to plug a cms that allows us to manage the content in other languages.
So your job is to provide a cms that administrates our site.
Some features needed are:
Users:
one administrator with permissions to fully administrate the site
other users will have all the same permissions which are the following:
*create new pages
*modify existing pages
*SEO. For the pages they create or modify. titles, description, picture tags, keyword etc must be easy to add for each created page
In order to have our site available in different languages , we will ask different people to translate our site and post translation by the the cms that you are about to plug. Those users are going to write in languages such as Japanese, Chinese, Russian or Hindi from a pc in his home country. For that reason is very important that those users are able to do their job in a very easy way.
at the end of your work test that content in such languages is ready to be added from a technical point.
Friendliness for those users is very important as translators are not going to be it people.
Our site with cms must be placed in a test address, new site will be uploaded only when is approved.
Features that include the site and must be administrated from the admin panel :
A search tool to search within the site
a site map,
a booking form with turing number at the end to avoid automatic registers from spam [url removed, login to view] form must be easy to modify also by the users as they will need to translate forms to their own languages. Results from forms are to be sent to emails. If a new email were results are submiteed need to be added, it must be easy to do. This is because form in different languages submit results to different people and at this stage we do not know those people emails.
Registration form contain dates, we want visitors to choose the date from a nice looking calendar by pointing on the date.
Support for a good period of time after finishing the work is appreciated.
