Build an Online Store (sort of)

Hi,
We are developers on a startup project looking to complete the front-end of our "commercial platform". The web API (REST) is 75% done and we want to start our website + mobile PhoneGap app.
In brief we want someone versed in:
- Responsive Single Page Application design/development (understanding of .js modules, routing, injection, etc).
- Javascript MVVM frameworks (Angular, Knockout or Aurelia.
- jQuery/jQueryMobile.
- PhoneGap (cordova).
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, FontAwesome, underscore, toastr, wow
The job consists on creating the website and the PhoneGap app almost from scratch. We already have a full website Bootstrap template and you will be building upon that so most of the "look & feel" can be taken from existing pages of this "template" website but nevertheless you will have to provide with some design for certain modules.
Note that no code has been done yet (except for a client-side proxy API used to test our server and ease your job), so we are open to suggestions about using any MVVM frameworks besides those already mentioned.
To give you a dimension of the project: Imagine a typical small selling/buying commercial platform with the following features:
- Register/Login/Manage account
- Post/Edit/Delete an article
- Buy and article
- 'See all my posted articles'
- 'See all my purchases'
- Contact Seller/Buyer
- Rating system
- GPS location + calendars
