Blogger comment vote up - vote down widget blogspot

I need a widget for comment vote up vote down widget for [url removed, login to view]'s blog. same like Youtube have. it may be possible using js and json and a database.

I Will pay after viewing a demo on any [url removed, login to view]'s blog.

This type for widget is available to wordpress but not to blogger blog. i need the same kind of widget for blogger blog

hello here is the complete description . i was not able to provide the complete information at that time beacause of lack on information.

I NEED A SCRIPT which will allow me to vote up down comments in my blogger blog. it can be achieve by this method.

js will display two button thumb up and thumb down. when any user click on any thumb his/her ip address pass to database via php or whatever you use. and increase the number of the thumb up or thumb down on which user clicked in database. when user clicks on thumbs up it automatically increase the value of thumbs up. when user refersh the page then it will display new value and user not allowed to vote again the same comment.

DATABASE will contain ip address, comment id, vote up and vote down. its my rough idea how it will work.

i basically need just thumb up and down feature for my blogger blog comments same like youtube.com have. the difference is there is no need to login for voting.
