wordpress intergration

I am looking for a developer that is fully conversant with WordPress and integration with Aweber mailing lists, that is in the European time zone and can converse and text in English via skype and/or mobile. Must be in European time zone!....can't work with some who is awake while I'm sleeping as I reside in UK it just doesn't work with past experience. What I desire are simple tasks with both sites.....but there is always problems with one or the other with these platforms.
