PSD delivery is fine, but if you have the html5 exp, and can quickly deliver, I will pay extra for the conversion.
Home Page:
I do not care about the logo, scrap it. Use a rich text instead.
Background or other image ideas will be uploaded.
I want to use a sticky-floating footer on the page. No header, no side navigation. I want you to try and design the page without using any squares, rectangles, and minimize the borders. No boxy content areas. The design will be converted to HTML5, and will be translated into dozens of languages, so be mindful of how you use images. Use images sparingly, I think they would be better used to create bullets for the text areas. The winning design will use font, layout, colors, and fine detail design - beautifully.
I will also upload a wireframe sketch that contains the content that I want on the page. The layout can change anyway you'd like - but the content is a must include.
The design should look professional, be easy to read, and instill trust. The purpose of the home page is to generate signups- the first step in the registration process.
