There is 2 part:

Part 1: Acoustic Resonance of Polygonal Frustums

Part 2: Acoustic Resonance of Obelisks

Tools: Paper must be written using Microsoft Word or a freely available word processor. Graphics may be produced using any tool, but their “project files” must be provided (not just resultant images). Use of color in graphs is required.

Need to be do polygonal frustums analyzed, Graphs etc
