I looking for a developer who can help me to develope a caresystem for judo competitions.
The main functions:
The video signal comes from a camera digitizer.
The digitalizer is a Blackmagic H264 converter. Link:[login to view URL]
The resulting video on the monitor (notebook display) should be displayed with a 3-5 seconds delay as a continuous stream. (If you can set the delay time, thats the best)
The image that is displayed should be as large as possible, if possible, it shuold load to the entire screen.
If there is a questionable case, the user will see the delayed stream and, if necessary, stop the stream and rewind and the video. it must be able to slow it down by 2 *, 4 * slow. is important that you can move one by one (1-5 frames per second). It's important that the review is immediately available, so you do not have to go back to the folder, it should start from the interface.
(Stepping is more important than slowing down!)
There will be A 5 seconds forward and reverse jumper on the front panel .
If you can, it would be great to zoom in as you look back (digital zoom)
Recording a video is an important condition, but not a continuous recording, the judges should stop the recording, if a new recording starting it should be a new file each times, because for later rescaling, cutting is a long shot, a big disadvantage, so it can be archived.
The backup should be of a quality that does not require more than 6 to 10 GB to play a 6 to 8 hour tournament.
If you can filter the watermarks of your video camera and not appear on the monitor, it is also good.
But put a date and time on the image, which will remain in the recording.
The save-archive location must be selected.
Overall, the user interface should be on the bottom of the screen in a row, with a mouse handy. The slider is also important for fast rewind.
