Build Maven repository for multiple OSS projects

I would have created it as Private project, but there's no way I'm wasting money to do that, since it's not confidential.

I have some OSS Java projects that I would like to make publicly available with Maven.

So the job is finding out how to create a script/POM that will take some locally Maven-built projects, extract them from the local Maven repository, and copy them in a specific directory, with a correct Maven repository structure, so that this directory can be uploaded on the Internet somewhere, as a public Maven repository.
