Retrive OP40 file from [url removed, login to view] based on 'Latest' data, 18-hours, and user input to "Sites" field
Strip headers from each section of resulting text data file - "GSD" format - see attached explanation of format
Delete data rows for altitudes above 5,500 meters
Add valid time from header to each data row (see file format)
Concatenate heading and speed, formatting heading to three character places (leading 0's for headings less than 100)
Cross tabulate concatenated heading and speed data with time column headings and altitude row headings
Resulting data table dynamically called into a web page for formatting and presentation, do not intend to have to rely on persistent database to which records are added.
